1. What we collect — and when

To create your comparison

We process only the answers you enter: age, postal code and canton, professional and tax situation (LPP, taxation at source), marital status and children, savings goals, investor profile, amount to save, existing 3rd pillars.

As long as you don't choose an offer, we collect neither your full name, nor your email address, nor your phone number. Your comparison appears on screen without any sign-up.

If you request a callback or choose an offer

We then collect the necessary data: identity, contact details, date of birth, nationality and permit type, and the information required by the company to draw up the proposal (occupation, health data if the product requires it, ID document).

2. Purposes

• Generate your personalized comparison and query the companies;
• Contact you again if — and only if — you request it;
• Draw up and forward a proposal to the company you have chosen;
• Comply with our legal obligations as an insurance intermediary (documentation, archiving);
• Measure site traffic and the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns.

3. Recipients of your data

Your data is only shared with a bank or insurance company when you explicitly choose one of its offers, and only to the extent necessary to draw up the proposal. Our technical providers (hosting, email) act as processors in Switzerland.

We do not sell or rent your data to third parties.

4. Cookies, analytics and advertising

This site uses the Google tag (Google Ads) to measure the effectiveness of our ads: it lets us know that a visit came from an ad and whether it led to a comparison request, without revealing your identity to us.

We also record technical connection data (IP address, browser and system type, pages viewed, date and time) for security and aggregated statistics purposes.

You can refuse these cookies via your browser settings, or opt out of ad personalization from the Google settings.

5. Retention period

• Comparisons with no follow-up: kept for 3 months, with no contact details;
• Advanced comparisons with a chosen offer: kept for up to 3 years;
• Contractual files (proposal drawn up or contract concluded): 10 years, in accordance with the legal obligations applicable to insurance intermediaries;
• Advertising measurement data: for the period set by Google Ads.

6. Security

Your data is kept in a secure environment, hosted in Switzerland. Access is restricted to the people who need it, all bound by confidentiality. Exchanges with the site are encrypted (HTTPS).

7. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability of your data.

You may also refer the matter to the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC), Feldeggweg 1, 3003 Bern.

8. Changes

This policy may be adapted if our services or the regulations change. The version in force is the one published on this page.
